RYA Training Course at Sussex Yacht Club - September 2011

The Club announces their second RYA Level 1 dinghy course for the training weekend of 24th - 25th September 2011

to read the full details on the course. The entry is open to those from the age of 18 upwards and who wish to attain the necessary skills to sail in light conditions.

Sussex Yacht Club - Cowes Week 2011 - August 2011

The deaf crew shall be competing for the sixth year in the whole Sonar series race class in Cowes Week from Saturday 6th August to Saturday 13th August. They shall sail the Sonar from the Cowes Cornithian Yacht Club's pontoon.

Sussex Yacht Club - Cowes Race Training Weekend - 11 - 12 June 2011

The potential deaf crew members who have signed up to compete in the Sonar race class in Cowes Week or wish to take up an opportunity to familiarise with the tide and the system of racing marks off Cowes Castle as well as to practise the spinnaker techniques aboard the Sonar during the weekend of Saturday 11th June to Sunday 12th June. They shall sail the Sonar from the Cowes Cornithian Yacht Club's pontoon.
